 Lucas jumped into the carpentry industry right after high school and hasn’t looked back since. With a sharp eye for detail and a knack for keeping the team on track, he’s the backbone of our operations. From managing phone calls, emails, and all things office-related to ensuring every project runs smoothly, Lucas is the guy who makes it all happen. His deep understanding of the craft allows him to bring clients’ dreams to life with precision and care. Known for his honesty and reliability, Lucas will always tell it like it is and ensure every job gets done right.

 Thiago got his start in the carpentry world at the age of 20 and never looked back. After meeting Lucas, their shared vision led them to start this business together.  These days, Thiago keeps everything running smoothly, handling the day-to-day operations and making sure projects stay on track. He’s the quiet guy on the team, but his hard work and attention to detail speak volumes.
